Second half Mancici stuffed the wide areas of the pitch and we had no tactical response to that. It's hard to argue that Italy didn't win the second half or that they weren't the better team on the night, possible red cards and all. There will be lessons and those lessons will be learned. But a young squad has done better than any other England squad for quite a lot of years and I think that's a Good Thing. It's not incompetence every time we lose at football.
