It's on record that Todd has a very high opinion of his ability. That was something that Farke liked about him, and I'm sure he still does like that.

In his own words, he's going to the top. It's not really speculation that he thinks he's good enough to play in the PL, that is what he thinks.

He or his agent, or both want a move. That's up to them.

The club will make its own decision on how to proceed.
