Is it any different to primark furloughing staff?
I've little doubt that they could raise the necessary funds if required. As a business they are hugely profitable and have a much bigger turnover than NCFC.
As Pixelman says, this scheme was in place to prevent redundancies, if NCFC, or any other organisation would have made those staff redundant absent the government scheme, then using the scheme is legitimate.
