Ageas: Zoom

Allianz: Web Ex

Aviva: Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.

Hiscox: Web Ex and Jabber.

QBE: Microsoft Teams

RSA: We use Lync, Skype, Microsoft Teams and Cisco video conferencing.

Zurich: Across Zurich we use a mixture of BT/Cisco Web Ex systems, Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, as well as a cross-Zurich internal platform, Workplace, which allows person-to-person chat, and video calls.
