FAO agile worker types

What's a good video con call type facility for internal team meetings, useable by phone or PC?

We have BlueJeans which isn't my cup of tea so wondering what else might be around.

I see Zoom mentioned a lot - any good?

Key criteria are (i) free (ii) technophobe proof.
