see it quite a bit now, that look on their faces. went for a paddle today and i get back to the line of departure, pop the canoe on top of my head and stomp to carpark. elderly couple have just arrived and get out of the car and she spies me and panics (don't go there) and quickly shuffles to the corner of the carpark farthest away from me like tyson fury after he'd put wilder on his arse, with that look on her mush.

nice wee paddle though, saw a kingfisher close up and lots of wildlife and only two other people on the water.
