older woman lives across the road from me, i reckon she's well over 70

she's very independent, cycles a fair bit and is really nice based on a handful of interactions i've had but alone. do i go over and offer to help her out and offend her by presuming she's both elderly and incapable? bit of a conundrum as I don't want to stress her out/offend her.

solution: to take her a gift of a small bottle of home-made hand sanitiser tomorrow and let her know if she ever needs a help i'm over the road she can just ding my doorbell or drop me a note. no stress.
