Washing your hands thoroughly is all very good

but then you have to touch the door handle which is full of germs when existing the public toilet. I always [been doing it for 10 years or so, and get called an oddball] use hand paper and use that to open the door and then discard it in the open bin. The amount of people that don't wash their hands [public] after going toilet is astonishing.
