vmt - the key question is why have their players adapted so much better to the prem than
ours? Given that last season the two teams were pretty similar in terms of effectiveness. Is it simply because their physical style is more suited to the league, or is it because they have been more consistent in playing to their strengths and directing the flow of games towards their strengths than we have?
Or is something more basic, like they have been luckier with injuries, and got off to a better start so didn't need to chop and change so much? Or that their manager just trusted the players who are most effective at playing their style, more than our manager did.
