Just don't think there is any guarantee we will be in decent shape

the financial situation looks rosy, but relegation results in lots of other problems. We've had great squads and little debt before, but have struggled.

Other factors like: unsettled players, unhappy players at having a pay cut, team used to losing, new transfers fitting in, manager lost his mojo.

All of those things have happened before and could happen again, despite the bank balance looking healthy.
