Read the comments about trybull and tettey but have to say I suspect that if anything it

might be that he fits better without leitner’s style. Emi’s all about quick, explosive moves while Leitner likes to slow it down and control it. Also Emi likes to drop deep and get central as well and the way Leitner is always around the bad in midfield I think it prevents Emi from occupying that space where he is so often so effective.

I love Leitner and hoped he’d be a star this season. But I feel vrancic fits in better and that unlocks the full attacking ability.

Nothing against Leitner. I mean he’s absolute class! Also not that confident in this theory so hopefully it was as simple as Emi not working as hard. Seems very unlikely knowing Buendia though.
