there's a move towards Teams for some
the rollout of both whaere i work has tended to be "Ta Dah! here's a new thing we've installed on your PC, now go away and teach yourself what it's for and how to use it, and in what situation you should use one and not the other!"
and then they wonder why the take up of any is such a f**king mess
