Professionally we use Office365

which is about bullet-proof in terms of reliability etc, but ££££££ and some of the applications are dogs**t (Teams is w**k, for e.g.) But for documentation collaboration it's sound. Word is Word. Similarly Excel and that.

For personal collaboration stuff I use Google docs for the running club stuff I'm involved in, cos it's free and good.
