no park ride this week sadly as tour de broads is on so having a big brekky. sad news last week, one of the park ride lads 19 years old was absent as got smashed off of his bike on a training ride by a 4x4 into a merc (that was written off) and then bounced off the kerb and was run over by the 4x4 was lucky not to lose his leg (compound fracture, knee come right out. probably be over a year afore he can ride again and the shame is he had just been picked up by a pro team. also last week, these folks were there raising money for a lady that rode into the back of a parked vehicle and ended up quadraplegic, just a freak cycling accident User Posted Link
