I'm in favour of choice

You don't have to wear shirts and ties here (never mind cufflinks...). I choose to - I like smartness. And the way that, for me, it delineates worklife and homelife.

Just best if it's done properly if at all, I think. But I have no problem at all with others who make different choices.
