if i may postulate a "theory" and it's to do with our "away" support

if i was a managero of say a struggling club (oh, i dunno wigan perhaps) or a relatively new managero of a club with big expectations that had stuttered about a bit (someone maybe like one of your stokes or your stoke city's) then i would sure as eggs are sliced bread be giving it to my team the "look at these arrogant pricks coming down here with their four thousand/two thousand fans expecting to roll us over and seal the deal for their promotion. do you want to roll over and let them disrespect us, you, your dog?" "huh?" "course you don't you are better than that" etc etc

freedom! braveheart! come on wiganners and stokers let's battle the arse of the pricks. to be fair, they did. but we didn't buckle (😳leeds?)

we're at home now (in our living room) let's get it done and have a little party.
