Yes I do understand and accept that, and in an ideal ....

....world it is the answer, but trying to get certain football supporters (i.e.the hooligan fringe) to take responsibility for their own actions just isn't going to happen. For many if they had a braincell it would die of loneliness. And therein is the problem - just how far can you go with trying to make the individual responsible for their actions before you must punish the club so the individual understands what they have done. Given present events, and the history of hooliganism that Birmingham City FC unfortunately has I fear that time is now.
