Here are my reasons to be cheerful:

1. I'm not at all stressed about the team being much weaker next season. Gunn's good but he might stay on loan or we we'll get another goalie. Madderz is class but is only one player and he's our player so we'll keep him or sell him for lots of money. I'm not fussed about any of the others leaving. None of this lot has blown my socks off. Some of my favourite players from this season are brand new. Who knows? Maybe the new signings will turn out fab? It'll be fun to see anyway.

2. We stopped off at M&S on the way back. I'm about to have one of their chocolate salted caramel pot type thingies for pudding.

3. Now that I've accepted that we're aiming to secure 13th this season, I don't have to get stressed when we lose/play Fulham.

4. I'm off to Scotland tomorrow

5. Apart from their goals (and that bit of nonsense at the end of the game with the Fulham throw ins) I quite enjoyed the match. We did lots of good things for a lot of the time.

6. Health service glasses, Bantu Steven Biko and curing smallpox
