did Enniscorthy in the south west, the Kerry to see cousins then Galway to see more cousins before ending up at 'home' in Mayo

i'd've loved to have had a little longer in Galway - and a chance to experience a bit of the night life, but that's always tricky for us with having young kids

only ever driven through Longford. The town used to be a good place to stop to eat when the roads were worse and it'd take all day to drive from Dublin to Mayo - it'd be nice to know what's in the centre of the country though :-)
