How you can call the last 18 months a lack of confidence beats me. The true lack is the lack of tactical awarness shown by Worthington. How many times have players been played out of their natural positions. This will of course lead to the boo boys giving them their all. How many times have you been totally baffled by his substitutions?

The Deano situation has nothing to do with the fans at all, the club would like you to beleive that. It was his lack of service, lack of a decent team supporting him and lack of goal opportunities. Worthington saying he should work harder was just a joke.

Now if we look at your other statement about fans getting impressions about players from CM. Are you sure that Andy hughes and Dickson Etuhu are good players? Are you convinced that Worhtington has bought wisely and carefully over the past two years?

Basically Worhtington inherited a team which got to the playoffs and fianl, the club then dismanteld the team, based on Worthys opinions and now we have the team that Worhty built and what is it doing?

I'm sorry but your argument doesn;t hold water and you should apply for a job with Joe Ferrari.
