HE sactioned, ordered, apprived the placing of package bombs in city centre bins on mainlanf Britian, and car bombs designed to impact the public with as much effectiveness as possible.

HE sanctioned the knee cappings, beatings, torture and extorsion of his OWN people.

HE sanctioned and approved of dragging suspected informers, anti-activists from their beds in front of their children, driven in the night to a place of execution, no trial, their bodies never found 30 years later..... he takes to the grave that knowledge he refused to give in case it implacated him to the crimes HE now chastised.... the families forever never finding peace not knowinh what happened to their loved ones.
