How many two year olds were killed by HM Forces in Northern Ireland. I would hazard a guess at zero?

The rules of engagement were pretty prescriptive and generally followed to the letter.

I'm quite certain that a huge majority of HM Forces serving there did NOT believe that killing was the only possible option.
