I suspect we have the Bassong/Adams situation developing wholesale. Respect

for a manager, in any job, is usually hard won & easily lost. Every player will have his own take on tactics & players (why's he keep asking us to do that? Why does he keep playing that prat?) & a measure of a manager's ability is how well he keeps it all together (obviously).
If the manager's come from a lower league with not much experience he has to be pretty charismatic to win them over. And keep winning matches. When that stops the doubts creep in: who he??
