You're not denouncing fat cat culture, you're specifically singling out McNally and the club.

I agree that fat cat culture stinks, but the club has to pay competitively to attract the best people. We'd all be whinging a lot more if we employed another Doncaster or had given the role to the FD.

The bonus might well be a symptom of a broken system, but I don't immediately see it as being a symptom of a shambolic or ridiculous club.
