You don't know what the contractual arrangement was that gave rise to it, or what the norm is for executive remuneration, which whether you like it or not (and that is a separate debate) is what we have to comply with in order to attract and retain the best people.

Same as always, you might be right, you might be wrong, but what is always a very safe bet is you'll take a very negative view.

Whether you liked him or not, his cost to the club has given us a lot more reward than Lafferty, odidja, mulumbu, RvW, and a whole host of other players. They're the real waste of cash.
