The thing with our board is that when people are decent to them all the time they

don't get the f**king message. They think everything is hunky dorey and everyone is happy with everything they are doing.

Too many of our fans are satisfied with or at least ambivalent to the club not fulfilling its potential because too many share the little old Norwich attitude.

All I want is to see us doing all we can to be as good as we can be. For whatever reason we've not done that in this window. We are still a decent side though so hopefully we can get on a good run and get through to January and strengthen whilst high in the table.
