But actually since the figures all relate to GDP it's not even that. It's just an attempt to produce headline figures to try and register with voters.

In reality, neither side can accurately predict and it's actually quite irresponsible to pretend otherwise. If we left there would be some short term uncertainty until the specifics of future arrangements are ironed out which would not doubt see a short term slow down in growth so I suppose the question is whether you think it's worth that risk.
