Transfer Policy

We are simply not an attractive proposition for foreign players of any status and players already in the premier league on big wages at so called bigger clubs. Only way we tend to get players from bigger clubs is by getting them in on loan (Hucks, Jarvis etc) and only then don they realise what Norfolk and NCFC as a club has to offer.

We can't compete on wages with any other clubs in the prem given we have to run like a business as don't have a sugar daddy owner. Many players are richer than our owner Delia for goodness sake as I believe her net worth is only 23 million. She simy does not have the money to throw around and that is not a dig at Delia & co it's simply the facts.

I feel we need to change our transfer policy and go for young hungry players from champs and even lower leagues who will have a resale value and whilst transfer fees for English players are higher the wages will not be huge. We need to be doing everything to identify the next Dele Alli etc and snapping them up.
