HMT have just announced they're devoting ?3m on training for 5,000 new football coaches

in China. In a statement, George Osborne said:
"Grassroots football plays an instrumental role in UK life, and it is brilliant to be able to spread that to China."

Suspect some new cash would be welcomed for football coaching here, too.
