Very impressive post - if slightly depressing

Part of the magic of this game and fervently supporting your team is to be insanely optimistic and ever hopeful, no matter what the circumstances.

What you've said is not wrong, just bereft of optimism. That's why people still support, because they still believe. This could be the game we start to turn it around, this is our cup run season, this is the year we'll get promoted. Don't you agree?
