A very good post

Well balanced, points well justified and certainly one which I would say sees some of the 'wood for the trees'. (sorry if that sounded like a teachers comments)

I'm in agreement with you about Worthy in that there are many fans, such as me who are not so polarised as to being worthy haters or worthy zealots.

I for one am not in favour of sacking Worthington monday morning, and I believe that it pays to stick with managers, even through some troughs.

That said, I agree that many signings appear to have been misguided and the start to the season I think has been largely down to an inconsistant first 11, which is something we didn't see much from Worthy before the premiership days. I need to see a good improvement in results and performances over the remaining months of the season, else I may swing towards the anti worthington camp.
