This is the key paragraph for me:

All you can do as a supporter, is try and do what you can to influence certain variables to favour your team."
Its a great piece that sums up exactly why I have become disillusioned with sections of the support. I don't think that it is just Norwich though. I think it is more a symptom of modern football, something to do with the combination of cost, Sky, the Premier League and social media.
