Agreed its a good 'end of career' role really.

Ideal for someone with experience, ambition in terms of performing well in the role but not necessarily to further their own career to a 'bigger' club.

We get the benefit of his time in the game, and the potential to have the same hand steering football aspects (outside of the first team) for a decade or so.
