Ultimately the decision of where a standing area is positioned is the clubs decision..

..but its not really about where you sit/stand, its about the choice to do one or the other, with like minded people around you doing the same thing.

I'd rather stay in the Barclay and stand, the same as you (or the people you are referring to) would rather sit there, but i'd happily relocate to another area if that enabled me to stand.
