I'd have thought at least the lower Barclay, the Snakepit, and the upper half (two thirds?) of the away fans bit in the Jarrold, could be made standing like this. Can't see a good reason not to (yes I remember Hillsborough but no I don't agree that standing was the cause - cram that many people into an all-seater area and the same would have happened; proper ticketing and proper policing is what is required and we have both of those at FCR already).
