the starting line-up did fine though
it created quite a few excellent chances which should have led to a couple of goals at least, while allowing West Ham very little.
The substitutions were horrendous but the starting lineup did an excellent job (apart - again - from actually finishing the bl**dy chances, but given Pilks lashup of his big moment late on Saturday there's no reason to be confident he'd have improved on that)
