Was so proud of the players last week
And I was last night too, even though we didn't take the chances that were presented - these things happen. And generally they gave of their best. But I couldn't believe the subs - I'm not a Snodgrass fan, but he does try, and should have been substituted instead of Redders - he was out on his feet. And while the commentators blamed Ruddy for their first goal (and he was at fault - first mistake in an otherwise flawless display), no-one mentioned that the free kick that was given away was against Snods, and also that Snods made no effort whatsover to lock the cross that led to the goal. Poor subs (yet again) was why we came away with zilch last night. Still.gutted.
