Well I disagree on the decision front but it doesn;t matter

It was upheld and they should just accept that like every other club does.

Personally I think its ridiculous that Johnson got off and Remy's suspension was upheld. If anything Johnson did more as he tried to kick him. Have Newcastle threatened to sue the FA or carried on bleating like a bunch of girls about it?
