I'm pretty sure nothing will come of it...if they keep the process going does that mean

he is allowed to play until it is resolved? Could they not be waiting for a time where they have games that are not against relegation rivals and then accept the ban?

But the FA must fight otherwise every ban will go to arbitration...the FA need to grow a pair for once.
