You crouch down and tentatively look into the secret compartment

You can't see anything but you put your hand in and feel around. Right at the back is something hard and metallic.
You carefully retrieve it. Its a signed picture of the SCS sofa girl in a splendid silver frame.

You take it and step into the lobby. Quick as a flash a small, smartly dressed bellhop appears. He greets you in a foreign language. The language is French.

Do you greet him with the meagre French you know or smile politely?
