based on AB's post below - how much do rothers (try and) sleep?
guess if I went to sleep the *moment* the light & radio went off, then on average I'd get about 7 1/2 hours max before the alarm went off in the morning.
And I feel vaguely guilty that I'm not allowing myself the chance for the full 8 hours.
But maybe that's unrealistic, and no-one goes for 8 hours anymore? So I shouldn't worry about it....
