Pardew has a history of ballsing up in the long term

Look at his tenures at WHU and Charlton, it's just the way he is. You also have to take into Toon's severe injury crisis into account.

The fact is that we didn't given many of these players a proper chance this season, especially within a system that produced far better results.

I'm fine with new players coming in, there are also a few players that need to be moved on, but the squad doesn't need a complete overhaul.
