Well for what its worth....

..the whole buying uncut diamonds/young players was McNally's philosophy which Lambert had to buy into. This was mentioned in an interview with McN last week. So our policy on transfers is in no way going to change. Arguably Lambet may have done things differently had he been given free reigns. I love our transfer policy and look forward to this continuing with Hughton.
