Agree Jim with all of that, I will throw into the mixer some other points

Quite frankly if and when Lambo goes I don't care managers, players etc come & go, as long as he doesn't rip the core out of the club, I will thank him. Martin O'Neill wherever he has been has never really left a legacy, great manager but instant failure as soon as he leaves, can Lambert leave a legacy? Also will Culverhouse want to leave he seems to love the Club & area does he want to be a No 1 one day, will he see that as an opportunity. I also think Lambo's relationship with McNasty is tight the sort of relationship he will never have at any other Club. I thought it was real important after Man City that we applauded the team, Lambo acknowledged that in his post match interview, we have something special at the moment I don't think Lambo would want to walk away from that just yet. One more season at least & we can start to consider ourselves an established Premier team & for me that would be job done by Lambert.
