...MoTD/Sky/nationals continue to report on the usual suspects because they believe that's what sells, and it probably does as they perpetuate the media friendliness of said teams to legitimise their own existence through viewers, listeners, readers etc...in other words it is in their interests to focus on them...
Around 92 'Liverpool on the telly' was a great Nodge fanzine and the title of that says it all - we have never been a fashionable club, or city, and probably never will be...
Don't get me wrong it pisses me off, but ultimately that's the status quo and we ain't never gonna be rocking it all over the world sadly because the fact of the matter is Norwich is not a metropolitan centre with obscene amounts of money bank rolling it so TV et al leaves well alone...
The plus side is it isn't a bad place to be ultimately and it does give us a chance to get on with things without the circus of celebrity w**king things up for us...
I reckon that suits PL big time as he learns his trade and therefore benefits us as supporters significantly...
