chuck out deep fat fryers, only eat proper bread, no red meat, no cakes or biscuits, no crisps, no fizzy pop, only booze at weekends. Grate low fat cheese and use sparingly.

If you can't get or make healthier proper bread, then use pita breads.

Stop using a microwave because they take out all the nutrients in food.

You can also make healthier versions of takeaways. I will post a great curry recipe when I get some more time.

Whenever I've had a blood test, a GP has said that I have the healthiest blood they have ever seen.
