any HR people on here?
wife's just been told her little part time job 3 day's x 4 hours per week has been cut to 1 day x 4 hours per week starting next week (she has been there 4 years and only has a verbal contract)
1. should she have had a written notice to request the change
2. should she have more than 1 weeks notice of the change
3. can she quit and claim constructive dismissal as she doesn't agree with the changes
TBH she's not that bothered and would leave but it's the way they went about it!
