People need to remember that FF

Was only playing at League 1 level. Ruddy who was often unfairly compared to FF even though he was playing for a team not expected to do well in a higher division. FF may have struggled in the Championship, who knows? After all, I believe he was hardly amazing for Celtic in the SPL which is mainly league 1/League 2 standard except for 4 games a season.

Also, remember Matt Gilks? He did well for Blackpool last season, who also had the awful Richard Kinston in goal at times. I thought the overall standard of keeper in the Prem last season was poor, especially in the bottom half, I am sure Ruddy will hold is own, unfortunately the mongalongs will be on his back at the first opportunity willing FF back here as he was OK in league 1 (Forgetting the fact he cant kick and is prone to getting sent off) Personally if we are gonna get another keeper, lets make sure its an experienced one as I can see no point getting Forster in as no evidence really suggests he was any better than Ruddy and is also unproven at Prem level.
