RE: Gunn

Glad he's got the job. Grant and Roeder demanded respect, certainly did not earn any and gave little to the players or fans in return. At least in that respect Gunn and Crook are a good choice as demonstrated on Saturday. I think Gunn will keep it simple, get the players on side and we should stay up. Not entirely sure what happens in the Summer but I think in the short term it was the best way forward. If we appointed outside the club and went down I think the pressure on the new guy would be too much and we'd be in the same position this time next year but in league one. If we go down under Gunn, it'll hardly be his fault and we'll have the opportunity of a fresh start with a new manager. Anyway, bring on Soton, looking forward to the rest of the season.
