I can't believe anyone would have wanted Ince, he was a grade A c**t as a player and failed completely at Blackburn.

Boothroyd has only ever had one management job from which he played long ball and got sacked.

Being a good manager is far more about being a good people person than an experienced tactician. This is where getting a good coach and assistant will come in.

I'm no fan of the board but I think the right choice has been made this time which is a pleasant surprise after being left completely underwhelmed when Hamilton, Worthington, Grant and Roeder got the job.
